I loved this place. Their food options were excellent and varied. The service was prompt and friendly.

Good but not great. Sofitel usually has outstanding restaurants within their hotels. Gaby, however, is an exception. The Spanish style octopus was ok; the accoutrements were a nice addition but the octopus itself was less than memorable. Service was painfully slow and inattentive.

Flavorful, gourmet, and sophisticated food. The staff is attentive and accommodating. The croissants are authentic and anything on the breakfast menu is delicious. The brunch chocolate lava cake is to die for.
